This course is the second part of the B1 course. At this level, students refine their language comprehension and practice using the language in practical, everyday conversations. Communication, speaking skills, more complex grammar, and an expanded vocabulary are the focus of this level.

This course covers the second part of level B1. A typical class can advance to the next CEFR level (B2) within six months.

Duration: 18 course weeks

Holidays: School holidays 13 & 20 April 2026, Public holidays 06 April & 25 May 2026; Lessons on public holidays will be rescheduled before or after the missing date. The catch-up lesson may take place during the school holidays.

Class size: 3 to 6 people

Course materials: Obligatory coursebooks are included in the price

Note: The price applies to one course section. In the event that a course has only two enrolled students, the lesson duration will be reduced from 100 minutes to 75 minutes, or from 75 minutes to 50 minutes. Course costs may also be paid in two installments (additional fee of CHF 30.- applies).
